Brief History

1973

Started as Don Eastern Sdn Bhd from a joint venture between Eastern Agencies (Malaysia) and Don International (UK), a subsidiary of BBA Group

1991

Joint venture agreement reached between Allied Signal (USA), BBA Group and Pacific BBA, resulting in 50:50 ownership between Allied Signal and Pacific BBA.

1994

Don Eastern changed its name to Don Brake (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

1996

Commenced our first OEM supply to Proton, Malaysia National car

2002

Change company name to FMP Automotive (M) Sdn Bhd

2007

Joint venture between Honeywell International Inc. and Bosch
