• Started as Don Eastern Sdn Bhd from a joint venture between Eastern Agencies (Malaysia) and Don International (UK), a subsidiary of BBA Group

• Joint venture agreement reached between Allied Signal (USA), BBA Group and Pacific BBA, resulting in 50:50 ownership between Allied Signal and Pacific BBA.

• Don Eastern changed its name to Don Brake (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

• Commenced our first OEM supply to Proton, Malaysia National car

• Change company name to FMP Automotive (M) Sdn Bhd

• Joint venture between Honeywell International Inc. and Bosch
