The role of the People's Program Manager is a highly impactful position focused on overseeing programs and initiatives that span the APAC Security Systems Engineering team/organization. The primary objective is to cultivate a high-performance culture and team with a focus on a growth mindset. As part of this position, you will be tasked with enhancing and optimizing the capability, discipline, and effectiveness of the presales team across the region to drive business results.
This role carries direct accountability for fostering sales excellence and enhancing the overall sales performance and experience. This involves delivering current solutions and developing new and future solutions to empower sales professionals, thereby improving their efficiency and effectiveness. The position entails identifying productivity improvement initiatives, conducting in-depth analyses to identify root causes, and proposing solutions through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
As a program manager in this capacity, you will be responsible for defining program roadmaps and leveraging strategic thinking. Utilizing your expertise, including systems, processes, and KPI management, along with a deep understanding of tools and technical capabilities, you will drive engagement and interactions at the senior leadership/partner level of external partners. Additionally, you will conceptualize, build, and scale programs for a high-performance team, showcasing a proven track record of successful collaboration with leaders across HR and various business functions.
What you will work on
Facilitate the execution of the APAC Systems Engineering vision by translating strategic initiatives into actionable and operational plans that is supported by data, systems and metrics.
You will be responsible to drive, strategize, execute 4 key pillars for Security Systems Engineering i.e., Organizational excellence, Operational Excellence, Connected Excellence & Cultural Excellence
Engage with senior leadership on strategic organizational design and effectiveness, driving initiatives that enhance systems engineering productivity and foster a culture of high performance.
Aligning all organizational parts strategically to improve economies, create efficiencies, develop effectiveness, embed excellence, and build capabilities.
Aligning individuals and leadership with core values, providing learning, development, support, and the infrastructure to drive the desired attitudes and behavior.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of SE programs against established goals and timelines, reporting back to SE Leadership Team, calling out risk areas, and holding members of the SE Leadership Team accountable for the delivery of their respective portfolios
Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance SE program effectiveness.
Work with the product organization to close the gaps with the security systems engineering & sales team in the region, from the account planning, product targets, product pipeline analysis, product training and certification based on the regional priorities, and all required processes to integrate better the teams.
Review pre-sales security systems engineering processes and disciplines across the region such as technical engagements, proof of concepts, conversion ratios, pipeline management, deal management, technical heat maps of individuals, technical account planning/quarterly reviews to ensure we have consistency in our approach across the security systems engineering team members so that are operating with structure and focus

Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Demonstrates outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and motivating diverse teams, establishing trusted relationships with senior management, and adeptly navigating cross-functional stakeholders within a highly matrixed organization.
