Preparation and annual review of budgets, policies and protocols in collaboration with clients and management. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, brokers, regulators, actuaries, auditors, tax agents, company secretary etc. Management/Financial reporting to clients and Statutory reporting to regulatory bodies in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards. Facilitate client board meetings and assist in the production of board materials. Minutes taking if required and ensure proper documentation of decisions. And any other additional duties that may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.
  • Qualifications The Requirements Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred. Proven experience in client account management or financial accounting roles in the captive insurance Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft office Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attentive to details and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
