RESPONSIBILITIES - INTERNAL AUDIT, SENIOR EXECUTIVE
1. As directed, to perform periodic audits, ad-hock audit assignments, and investigations on company procedures and processes to investigate breaches and identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
2. Prepare reports based on audit reviews and investigations carried and identify process failures and lack of efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
3. Examine and inspect the accuracy of the transactions, documents, records and procedures to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the internal control system.
4. To investigate violations of company guidelines and departmental policies to ensure that procedures and policies are followed.
5. Collaborate with the relevant departments to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations.

The Job of Senior Executive Chef is fully responsible for all of the food coming out of the kitchen. He is responsible for ensuring that the food comes out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Besides that he also assist in the monitoring the quality of the food, following all food safety regulations, creating new food entrees, and coordinating the entire kitchen.
