As a customer service or retail professional, i’ll be the face of the company, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met. i am resposible may include greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, assisting them in finding products or services, and answering any questions they may have. i’ll also handle transactions, process payments, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
In addition to these frontline duties, i’ll excel in communication, both verbal and written, as you interact with customers in person, over the phone, or via email. i’ll possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with customers and address any concerns or complaints effectively and professionally.

To attend to and advise customers on SIRS' courses and services, provide career advisory and placement. Conduct business development including identifying new opportunities, establish partnerships, lead generation and sales.
Working Days & Hours: (can choose either 1)
5 days per week, 2 off days per week, retail hours 10am to 9pm
5 off days every 2 weeks (eg. 3 off days this week, 2 off days next week), retail hours 9am to 9pm
Salary Package: Basic $1800 + $200 Meal Allowance + OT + Commission (after probation)
