Core Responsibilities:
Boutique Assistant
Fully responsible for the boutique’s daily operations such as opening/closing, and cleanliness of the
boutique.
Frontliner. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store according to the SOP.
Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only
when necessary)
Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, installment payments, referrals program,
membership and rewards programs, registration of S1S community and store return policy.
Advising and assisting walk-in customers. Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper handbags, color
choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
Operation Assistant
To perform the fulfillment of the incoming orders, ensure the order & parcel has packed correctly.
To be responsible for daily picking, packing, and labeling.
To prepare the packing in advance for peak days.
To assist in loading & unloading of goods.
Identify if there are any issues with items while packing.
Report to supervisor if any issue or damage with items.
