Job Description1. Attend to walk-in, calls and email from purchasers2. Attend to complaints and ensure proper follow up are taken to address the issues3. Coordinate with supervisor and purchaser on the progress of defect rectification works4. Ensure defects identified during the defect’s liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame5. Report on the performance of third party contractors and service providers on periodic basis6. Assist in general clerical duties including filing, preparing quotations & invoices, coordinate appointment with contractors, etc7. Update and keep track of customer complaints via on line system
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource duties including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, handle of payroll processing and administration.
Review and develop HR policies, strategies based on corporate guidelines.
Manage visa/passport/permit applications for foreign employees and professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
