ZM GLOBAL SDN BHD

ZM Global Sdn Bhd is a newly incorporated company in Malaysia. We are a growing company which led in the satay restaurant located in Jerantut, Pahang. We run a business of restaurant and our main dishes is satay. We serve variety of satay including chicken satay, meat satay and lamb satay together with nasi impit.

 

Before the incorporation of ZM Global Sdn Bhd, we run our business as Satay Temin. It was established in October 2014 by Mr Zulhaffiz bin Mamat. He started the business at home and it took him six (6) month to open a stall at Kampung Temin with workforce of five (5) people.

 

On 22 March 2019, we opened a restaurant; Restoran Satay Temin to cater the demand from our loyal customers. We are the first satay restaurant open in Jerantut. At the beginning of the business at the restaurant, we were able to sell 3,000 pcs satay everyday with employees of 12 people.

 

Our expertise in helping our customers to satisfy their appetite by providing a big, delicious and tender satay. Our mission is to provide and make sure all operation activities being carried excellently in preparing our food and our services. In order to ensure our mission is fulfilled, we have come out with tagline of “pasti puas hati”, we always try our best to serve our customers better and improving our service from time to time.

 

On 2019, we have successfully reached our first million sale and it is our benchmark to work harder in achieving our dreams; the company and its workforces.

 

Our company operates with 30 workforces which divide into management, production and operation team. To ensure a smooth operation, every station in the restaurant will be conducted by a leader who will monitor restaurant operation and will provide direct reports to management and to the director of the company. We are very keen in providing a conducive and friendly workplace and also we will make sure our workforces are surround themselves positive vibes in order to boost their energy and passionate in carrying out their daily tasks.

 

Our future plan is to set up our own factory to ensure our satay is adequate to cater our demand, so that we can take a further step on becoming a well-known satay distributor in Malaysia.

 

We also hope we will be able to help our community by providing employment opportunities and thus boosting the local economy
