The Boulangerie produces freshly baked bread, sweet & savoury tarts, croissants, pastries, cookies, and much more using our own Yeast's organic yeast.
The Bistro showcases a classic simple French menu which consist of Beef Bourguignon, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Ginger & Mango, Parmentier of Duck Confit, Chocolate Souffle and much more.
The Bar a Vin offers a view of the open kitchen where chefs are in action sauteeing, flambeing while customers sipping away wines and discovering the complexity of grape varietals.
