Woolley Development Sdn Bhd (KL)

In the year 2000 , WDSB undertook to rehabilitate & redevelop a piece of land in Butterworth, Seberang Perai Utara District, Penang which was discarded by the previous Developer due to the economic downturn in 1998 and heavy presence of squatters. The Project named Woolley Avenue encompasses approximately 60 acres of land to be developed into commercial and residential units. Woolley Avenue marks the maiden entry for Woolley Development into Penang after previous projects focused in Ipoh, Perak.

Woolley Development currently has a portfolio of a few on-going projects & a number of planned future projects on the horizon in Raja Uda. Among the projects in the pipeline include Woolley Corporate Square, first of its kind business centre in Raja Uda, Butterworth.
