Who We Are

We are a corporate and commercial practice, mid-sized in the Malaysian scene.

Practice these days often mean complexity, high expectations within a short time frame, unexpected events, understanding the client and clarity in advice and solutions. Our partners and teams are attuned to this with partners involved and remaining involved to meet these demands.

Our practice is not just on things Malaysian. A globalised world now means that Malaysian parties would want to do things elsewhere and parties elsewhere would want to do things in Malaysia. We advise to meet these expectations.  Where needed, we would arrange for advice from other parts of the world. We expect these as a norm.

We are proud of our size. We think that it helps to maintain quality and efficiency and a better understanding of what’s needed. We are also proud of our independence. We are not affiliated with any law firms elsewhere. 

This means that we can freely choose law firms in other parts of the world which we think would best meet the needs and expectations of our clients. We commonly work with a range of law firms internationally.
