We offer you hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions and listings of new companies on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and elsewhere, debt and equity offerings and other assignments of direct relevance to the real world and transactions which are at times reported or make headlines.

 

We believe in cultivating analytical and communication skills in our legal assistants and encourage co-operation and teamwork in our office. For knowledge building, we conduct periodic training to all our legal assistants and send them to seminars and lectures of relevance to our areas of practice.

 

We know each other and work effectively together and in many cases, are good friends with each other. This quality, we believe, also helps distinguish us from other legal firms.
