Job Description :

Convert new customers in an assigned sales territory.
Identify and prioritize targeted customers based on opportunity size and like hood of business success.
Achieve Sales Target/Plan by generating sales revenue through conversion, penetration and retention of existing accounts.
Effectively handling of all incoming sales enquiries.
Evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, and identify new market and customer opportunities.
Maintain constant awareness of product offerings to customer.
Responsible and managing daily sales administrative documentation & activities such as preparation of quotation, sales order, delivery order and invoices.
Maintain and comply with Sales processes and requirement, TEAM compliance, sales reports. SOP, operation and business processes.
Liaising with maintenance to check on the progress and ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Updating the customer on their vehicle progress.
Monitor and collect payment from customers and make sure all payments are done and tally with the invoice.
To participate in any Company events
Feedback customer opinion to the management.
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Training will be provided.
Preferably candidates with good multi languages with proper verbal and customer support skills.
Pleasant personality, have sense of responsibility and willing to learn.
Must be computer literate.
Enthusiastic, assertive, aggressive, and independent.
Ability to put closure on issues quickly and is results-driven.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Possess active communications skills.
Highly organized and attention to details.
