Ensure proper and efficient filling of documents and be able to retrieve document easily.

Process and prepare invoice, staff claim, salary & payment issuance.

Good communication skills and able to interact well with all of customer, sub-contractor and relevant project director.

Provide administrative support such as Upkeep of Office Equipment, Phone Call, Courier, etc.
