ABA is a Business Psychology company, spun out from Aston University and its world-leading Business School. ABA is a team of Occupational Psychologists with broad experience ranging from commercial sales, L&D, industry to a leading UK personality academic. We specialise in developing bespoke psychometric assessments for business and have a strong academic foundation for developing your instruments.  Our academic links ensure that any products delivered incorporate the latest research, but also our breadth of commercial experience ensures our solutions are practical and relevant to daily business use.
