Wah Mie Group is one of the largest housing developer in its home base in Sandakan, where its name is popular among the locals. In 1995, Wah Mie Group began its operation in Kota Kinabalu, developing Taman Indah Permai, which has now turn into a vibrant housing estate.

The Wah Mie Group takes great pride in its successful completion of 296 units of Double-Storey Terrace Houses in Taman Indah Permai, Kota Kinabalu, which were built specifically for students of Universiti Malaysia Sabah as students' quarters, all within a tight time-frame of only 12 months.

We pride ourselves as the only company in Sabah to have responded to the government's call for low cost housing by completing 2,500 units of apartments. It is worth noting that the Group pioneered the soft payment scheme 25 years ago, an easy payment plan which allowed purchasers of new homes to spread their down-payments over a period of time interest-free. This scheme was later popular among many developers.
