Wadah Pencerdasan Umat Malaysia (WADAH)

The establishment of WADAH is a keen desire to empower the masses through efforts in knowledge improvement, intelligence and thinking capacity primarily in understanding Islam as well as in response to important issues they confront in society. WADAH was registered on 9 November 2005.

WADAH was established with the following objectives:

1. To implement missionary and social awareness programs, to raise community awareness and sense of responsibility towards religion, state and nation.
2. To hold training exercises for the shaping of competent preachers.
3. To consolidate dai's effort in implementing missionary program which are more integrated and effective.
4. To educate the masses by disseminating views and stance on various issues based on the Islamic perspective through a variety of channels and media.

In a conclusion, WADAH is a NGO working on the development and welfare of community and Malaysians. Focusing on project development and enlightenment of the community all over Malaysia.
