Vision Inspection Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, (VIT), was established in Malaysia in 1994 with the principal activity of procuring and marketing high precision machines. VIT has marketed precision measuring machines for the production of semi conductor and aerospace industry.

VIT is the sole agent for Werth Messtecknik products in this region. We have marketed numerous precision measuring machines for metal stamping as well as tool & die-casting engineering purposes.

Since the inception of our company, we have met our customers’ requirement for precision measuring of small parts to large equipment with great solidity.

Our company has contributed to the technological advancement of the automotive industry by introducing innovative machines to enhance the speed of automotive designs and coordinate the assembly of automotive parts. Without such machines the labor requirement for fine dimensional check would have been greater.

VIT has built a team of expert employees to provide reliable technical support to our customers. Our team of engineers is trained in Germany by our principal companies. The engineers in turn oversee a team of technicians to ensure that our customers’ requirement for technical support are met.

Demands for specific and very high precision measuring machines have arisen in recent years. Vision is excited that new developments to meet such demands in our principal companies in Germany have come to fruition. We are now able to meet orders in the field of coordinate measuring technology with X-Ray tomography as well as micro-feature measurements.

We have worked with our principals in Germany, namely Werth Messtechnik, on proposals for turnkey solutions for our customers. Such proposals have also been accepted at increasing rate as our complete service allows the customers to concentrate on their core processes, while simultaneously ensuring the highest level of quality assurance. We have provided system solutions that are ready to run immediately after delivery.

The key prerequisites for this approach are the modularity of our machines and the ability to flexibly configure them as needed for each measurement task with the goal of seamless integration in the production process. Our selection of machine technologies and sensors enable us to optimize a measuring machine for any task at hand. The flexibility of our measurement software allows the creation of user oriented interfaces and corresponding measurement sequences. The programs can also be parameterised, making them easy to adapt to complete part families so that it will also run with future operating system updates.
