The "CNS" in LG CNS does not have one fixed meaning: C stands for Consulting, Communication, Connection, and Collaboration, N stands for Network, New, and S stands for Solution, System, and Service.

As described above, LG CNS provides a total information technology services including consulting,solutions, systems and networks.

LG CNS was founded in 1987 as a Joint Venture (JV) between LG and EDS Company. Until year 2002, LG CNS adopted not only technologies, but also best business practices and know-how from EDS. In the year 2002, we ended the partnership with EDS, which made LG CNS a 100% LG company. Since then, LG CNS has been providing IT services to global customers.

LG CNS Malaysia was established in 2002 as our bridge into the Southeast Asian markets. We are expanding our presence into Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
