Introducing the PgP5 Plant:

A testament to Bosch's ongoing growth, the PgP5 Plant in Batu Kawan, Penang, is the latest expansion in Malaysia. Initiated in May 2021, the plant is a semiconductor test site that is poised to initiate production in 2023. As semiconductor demand grows and production needs expand, the PgP5 Plant will be a critical hub for the final testing of semiconductors and sensors, complementing the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany. The plant is not only dedicated to production but also houses R&D and training facilities.
