CEMEX Malaysia is one of the strongest nationwide building materials producers in Malaysia. We operate 25 plants in the country, employ close to 600 employees, and generate yearly revenues of ~100M US$ in the Ready-mix, Aggregates and Asphalt businesses. Our best assets are our people and our reputation for supplying top-notch specialized concrete products for massive and highly challenging concreting jobs. With a significant share of the country's major urban markets, we have served as the sole supplier to many large construction projects, including power plants in peninsular Malaysia (Manjung, Perak and Tanjung Bin, Johor), the KL Sentral Station, the main transportation hub along the west coast of peninsular Malaysia, and major commercial works such as the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center and KL Pavilion. At present, we are the sole supplier to Lot C, a 60 storey building project in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. This project uses high performance concrete such as High Strength Concrete, up to 75MPa and Self Compacting Concrete. CEMEX Malaysia is recognized to be the only reliable Self Compacting Concrete producer in the country at this moment.
