Mr. Richard Khoo has over 16 years of professional experience. Richard was the Head of Tax Services, with an International Share Service Firm in Malaysia. Prior to that, he was the Head of the Tax for a mid-tier accounting firm in Malaysia. He has extensive corporate and tax advisory experience for high-growth SMEs, public listed companies and multi-national corporations. 

His focus was in the area of tax and business model optimisation. Other than that, he advise and support client's corporate and tax strategy on merger & acquisitions, diversification, corporate financing and business recovery.
