OVSB’s current project is 15 Storey Hotel on Lot *5414, Mukim Petaling, Selangor. The project is currently in the process of obtaining Development Order (DO) approval from Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya.

OVSB is an affiliated company to thirty over companies such as Lima Ribu Jutamas Holding Sdn. Bhd., Visa Suria Holding Sdn. Bhd. and Metro Utama Jadi Sdn. Bhd. which are owned by the same director.

Lima Ribu Jutamas Holding Sdn. Bhd. (LRJH) is currently one of the leading construction companies in Sabah. It was incorporated in 1997 and started the first construction project in year 2003. Since then, the company has been growing rapidly and It’s now one of the players in the construction industry involving the development in the state of Sabah.
