One Serambi Café is situated at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, one of the fastest growing townships in Shah Alam. Population 40,000. Due to the high density of residential housing and apartments within the surrounding area, there is a significant market “right at the doorstep”.
Product – Interior
One Serambi Café is a 50 seater café, with 5 more tables outside on a canopied deck area. Its design is industrialist with a “trendy” décor and soft furnishing.
The large glass panelled interior and folding doors also keeps the place airy and bright by the prevailing sunshine. An emphasis is placed on customers to chill and relaxed, with an ample supply of newspapers, international magazines and wi-fi broadband which will encourage the customer to stay longer in the café.
There is a lounge where families can relax and catch up with a little chat and a small play area for children to busy themselves while being closely watched by their parents.
One Serambi Cafe is appealing to both young and the aged.
Product - Menu
The menu can be described as Café cuisine with a Local twist.
Core “café food” products such as Pasta, Lamb, Steaks, Pastries, Pies, Cakes and Dessert are served besides local delicacies such as our house speciality Nasi Lemak, Lontong and others.
The menu is not extensive, but provides a good range of options for the customer. The size of the menu is very much in keeping with the size of the operation and the facilities at our disposal. The food we sell has to satisfy three components: 1.Quality 2.Pricing 3.Health Values.
Coffee also plays an important part in our business. The coffee we served by our experienced barista is of fine quality Arabica coffee beans. You can flavour it however you like from our range of flavoured syrup, served hot or cold whichever you prefer.

Our emphasis on fast, friendly and helpful service is part of our product. Staff will be trained to be attentive and also to be good sales people too.
