The NV Terminals Group (NV Terminals) was incorporated in year 2010

by three professionals with significant and varied experience in port

development and engineering, commercial strategy and execution.

They leveraged on the notion that major international operators

have not been able to truly drive value in start up port projects

and established ports, many times leaving it to the captive 

elements of the market. As a niche port operator, our goal is

to focus energies and time on building the entire port product

to ensure that profit goes along with the strengthening of the 

port community.

We are start-up specialists working with governments or private

entities in true win-win partnerships. We offer a complete and

comprehensive port development and terminal management set-up

from advisory roles to terminal investment and management.

Our speciality is largely in greenfield port planning and

and development, crafting of concession models, and 

construction management.
