Nova Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd established in 2011, it is the subsidiary of Nova Technology Singapore Pte Ltd (NTS).  NTS offers a wide range of chemical supply system and services to semiconductor & solar fabs in Singapore & the region.

In 2009, NTS merged with Acter Group of Taiwan, bringing a wider range of services to customers in the region such as clean room & air conditioning systems construction business.
