Nikmat Engineering Consultants Sdn. Bhd. was formed in January 1990 and has since then actively participated in construction sector by providing sound consultancy services in civil and structural engineering work, in particular high rise building (both commercial and residential), residential houses, factory complexes, infrastructure work of large housing scheme.

The firm also provides consultancy services for project feasibility study, geotechnical study, bridges, roads and embankment designs. Its clientele comprises of governmental bodies, public listed property developers, specialist contractors etc.

We have over the years completed a wide range of buildings inclusive of multi storey high-rise office cum shopping complex, multi storey condominium and apartments, landed residential houses and shop houses, factories (both steel structures and RC).

Also, we have undertaken all the infrastructure, namely, road, drain, sewerage reticulation, earthwork, water reticulation work and bridges of large residential schemes.

Besides, the firm has also engaged in building façade consultancy work, special high end architectural features work like dome, skylight, building rooftop landmark structures etc.
