Position Title: Air Conditioning Technician

Reports to: Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including heating, ventilation, and

cooling units.

2. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

3. Perform regular preventive maintenance on AC systems.

4. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines.

5. Respond promptly to emergency service requests.

6. Provide customers with information on how to maintain their AC systems.

7. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

8. Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies as needed.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC or relevant field is a plus.

2. With minimum 1 year proven both residential and commercial AC systems as an air

conditioning technician or similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical components.

4. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

7. Good communication and customer service skills.

8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

2. Job Description:

Position Title: Driver

Location: Seri Kembangan

Reports to: Supervisor

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment and passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transport equipment and passengers to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

2. Ensure the safety and security of the equipment and passengers during transport.

3. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.

4. Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.

5. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

6. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.

7. Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status.

8. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

9. Assist with loading and unloading of equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

1. SPM, High school diploma or equivalent

2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Goods driving license (GDL) if applicable.

3. Proven experience as a driver.

4. Ability to operate vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions.

5. Good knowledge of the area and ability to read maps and GPS.

6. Strong communication and organizational skills.

7. Ability to lift heavy loads.

8. Excellent time management skills.
