Perform general and administrative duties.
Invoice and data entry with accuracy.
Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system.
Handle basic correspondences, documentation, and follow-up functions.
Undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
Assist day-to-day operations in accounting and data entry.
Communicate with internal production and external customers for collection orders and confirm quantity orders.
Knowledge of accounting software like Autocount Accounting and Well-verse in computer example Microsoft Word and Excel will be added advantage.
