To provide medical, consultation, treatment including surgical services and all forms of health treatment and for such purposes to employ or otherwise engage general medical practitioners, specialists in any branch of medicine and surgery, radiologists, chemists, physiotherapists, nurses, masseurs, and other adequately trained or otherwise qualified to provide or give such services.
