New age spa was founded in 2012, which carries the fusion concept of reflexology massage & spa treatment with 5 star facilities. We have 12 single treatment rooms, 16 couple rooms, 5 VVIP rooms & more than 10 beds in Thai massage area. Being a customer satisfaction oriented organization; we also offer a 5 star rest area & business lounge for the convenience of our valued guest.
Our décor concept is based on Zen & Thai Concept with a tinge of modern touch. The interior walls of our premises are mainly decorated with pictures of Buddha portrait to display an atmosphere of calmness & serenity.
Given the importance of value and the intricacies of spa design, the process becomes not just about an investment in the number of treatment rooms or upgraded finishes but how the spa can operate at its best and how we can elevate service levels.
The underpinning of all spas, regardless of the concept, is an atmosphere of well-being. According to surveys conducted for The International Spa Association, the number one reason customers go to spas is to “relax and reduce stress”, and the results have not wavered over the years. Guests should begin to feel better the moment they arrive and leave feeling greatly improved.
Most importantly, the spa’s design must be functional and flexible and at the same time enhance the spa’s treatment program and above all, the guest experience. Hence, New Age’s core interior design concept was to create a 5 star facility environment with focus on creating a refuge of relaxation for our valued customers. We want our customer to leave New Age in a happy & relaxed mood.
At New Age, authentic adaptations and experiences of local culture or the spa’s theme are incorporated to define the sense of place and to complement the customer’s experience. Signature features such as our VVIP rooms that emphasize on privacy & convenience caters to customer’s need for tranquility or an escape from the busy rhythm of Kuala Lumpur.
Our core interior design that highlights the use of natural elements such as artificial grass carpet, wall covering & the use of Zen element also plays an important role to create the sense of going back to the nature when our customers are at New Age.
All of our facilities are well maintained & designed to create the most suitable and relaxing massage & spa experience. Lighting’s are tuned according to the dimness that is most suitable for eye relaxation, the whole spa premises is also scented with aromatherapy essential oil burning, the cleanliness & hygiene are also well maintained to provide a clean & hygienic stay for all our guest.
At New Age, we offer Traditional Chinese Foot Reflexology massage, Shiatsu or Acupuncture massage, Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, Scraping & etc.
