Position: Customer Service - Korean Speaker

Location: Jalan Tun Razak (Hybrid)

Working Hours: 6 AM - 3 PM / 5 AM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)

Salary: Up to RM8,000

Start Date: 17 June 2024

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and resolve product and medical complaints
Monitor feedback using the complaint handling system and SAP to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Provide education, product information, and satisfactory resolutions to customers
Manage product returns and identify quality issues
Document compliments, inquiries, and complaints

Requirements:

Fluent in Korean (written skills not required)
Proficient in English
No TOPIK certification required, but TOPIK 1-4 with relevant experience is acceptable
TOPIK 5-6 preferred
Must be a local Malaysian

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
