We are Certified Halal by JAKIM MALAYSIA that serve daily fresh made local traditional pastries (Nyonya Kuih) such as Ang Koo (Listed under National Heritage item), Kuih Talam, Bengka Ubi, Kuih Lapis, Onde-Onde, Pulut Tai-Tai and Asam Laksa, Nasi Lemak Nyonya, Chendol and Ice Kacang and all-time favorites of Penangites and Malaysians, can all be found in Kuih Culture.

 

Besides Food, we have fun Interactive 3D Mural Art Gallery and experience how Nyonya Kuih workshop to made by your own hand with total 40-minute Tour.

 

As Penang continue to deliver exceptional experiences to her guests and local communities, Kuih Culture aspires to preserve the “kocharbi” old flavours; better known as ‘taste of yesteryears’ as well as the traditional methods of kuih-making for generations to come.

 

Kuih Culture is a pioneer Nyonya kuih concept outlet in Malaysia with a quest to inculcate cultural and heritage values via educational activities. It strives to continuously promote the sunset industry, an effort that requires love, time, dedication and labour but a mission the Kuih Culture team is proud to champion and grow. It is also the first Nyonya Kuih manufacturer in Penang to be Halal certified by JAKIM.

 

Through Kuih Culture, we hope to further inspire food excellence and instil respect and appreciation for our local food heritage and culture.
