· Able to prepare action plans and activities for digital and conventional marketing segment.

· Identifying suitable online channels to reach customers and planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising and any related digital platforms

· Developing, execute and monitoring progress of digital marketing plan & campaigns and submit reports of performance (including updates, copywriting, design, and user experience) and maintain social media presence.

· Monitoring website content to stay up to date and develop a website traffic plan.

· Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize distribution through various channels.

· Analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns and to measure ROI and KPIs.

· To ensure close follow up on all business leads generate on digital platforms to handover to sales within a 24 hour response time line (enquiry, complaints and comments)
