Kejuruteraan Ezet Niaga Sdn. Bhd. commenced operation under the name of Ezet Niaga on 14th November, 1994 as an Electrical Contractor and Electrical Service Contractor with one hundred percent Bumiputra shareholdings. To further strengthen the finances, operations and structure of the company, the management took a step further to change the company to a private limited company.  On 26th March, 2003, Kejuruteraan Ezet Niaga Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. **9996-X) was incorporated.
