I am interesting in this job position and I have good experience in hotels Customer service, Reception, Sales, Secretary, Events, Spa Receptionist and so on… front office.

My cycle of study allow me to work in the field of international hotel management, ticketing and cargo (IATA).

I did training, work in many hotels, I worked for Airlines Company and Airports and cargo IATA agencies.

I am a hard worker, team worker and I adapt easily to any critical situation, I worked hard to improve my experience in life and in work.

I have learned from my previous experience how to deal with customer and how to give him best service and public relations.

My skill base and industry knowledge makes me a particularly strong customer service.

High communication skills, Knowledge about the selling skills and products and to know the company procedures.
