Safety and Security is a right of every human being, so naturally people want to ensure that they are living in a neighborhood that is safe and secure. This concern has resulted in the current popularity and increasing demand for Guarded and Gated Communities (G&G). However, authorities cannot provide enough manpower to continuously patrol every housing area all the time and thus residents have resorted to sharing a monthly security cost, which includes barrier systems, access cards, CCTVs, guard posts and security manpower patrolling around their communities which don’t come cheap. Furthermore, the implementation of the minimum wages ACT 195(2), effective 1st Jan 2014 has greatly increase the cost of security services (guards) to the G&G .

 

Understanding this predicament faced by the G&G, we at JD Systems Sdn Bhd(JDSSB) have carved our niche in developing the Octo Integrated Security Management Solution (OISM). By using the OISM solution, it allows the G&G to increase efficiency and reduces operational costs and the manpower need. The reduction of manpower will pay the costs of automation and provide a more secured G&G. Furthermore, it’s envisaged that property owners within the G&G will experience a higher sub sale price of their properties with the improved G&G environment.

 

Our primary focus is to INCREASE AUTOMATION to INCREASE EFFICIENCY. In return, this reduces the ever high dependency to manpower hence reducing the periodical financial investment of each site WITHOUT sacrificing the safety and security.
