Jade Marvel Group Berhad (JMGB) was formed in 1980 as a private limited company. Since its listing in 2004, JMGB has expanded its business activities from the manufacturing of construction material namely Asphaltic concrete and aggregates to property development and other projects.

JMGB has since diversified into various business areas of real estate, financial services, medical services, seafood refrigeration service and information technology services. At Jade Marvel Group Berhad (JMGB), we have expanded into automotive industry by distributing electric vehicle (EV) and other automotive related business. Jadem EV & Automotive Sdn.
