If you have experience managing call centers we need to talk. We are an American owned trading company with a call centre located in Shenzhen, China, looking to add a professional manager to our foreign night staff to help take our business to the next level. We currently handle 50+ inbound calls, 150+ inbound emails and place 150+ outbound calls per night. We have 7 American sales reps handling this volume and working with our primarily American customer base. We need your experience and professionalism to train, motivate and inspire our team to new heights focusing on professionalism, conflict resolution and salesmanship. We offer a competitive base salary (18K to 20K RMB), quarterly bonuses, and expat health insurance from a Hong Kong provider.
