Formally established in 2019, Grand Oils & Foods (GOF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grand Industrial Holding (GIH) (**0626.SZ). Prior to 2019 GOF was operating under the aegis of GIH for the prior 10 years.

GOF is the Vegetable Oil and Food business unit of Grand Industrial Holding responsible for creating an international footprint . Its goal is to create a strong connection of the Origin to the legacy business in China while at the same time expanding the organization’s presence to other international markets.

The core development of the business unit revolves around an integrated value chain approach investing in securing raw materials at the upstream level with a key focus on downstream development and getting closer to the consumer.
