Global Premier Assets is a young and dynamic organization that has various business interests primarily in the precious metals industry, ranging from mining activities to refineries. GPA, due to its business activities that center around the production and refining of gold, via our gold mines and refinery, means that GPA is able to generate revenue and dividends to our clients.

Despite our tender age, GPA has experienced personnels in the precious metals industry that has enabled us to be better structured, more prudently managed and financially viable than our peers, allowing us to optimally exploit any unforeseen volatility in the current precious metals industry.

The executive board is for running the day-to-day operations of GPA while the board of directors makes vital decisions and decides on major issues as advised by the various committees. GPA strongly believes in the open management style that has endeavoured us on our path to success. There is a joint evaluation by different committees to support the management in assessing internal, external and political risks, setting remuneration, and monitoring the integrity of the financial statements. Meanwhile, both external and internal auditors will be engaged to ensure every single operation achieves its objectives, shareholders enjoy maximum benefit and the corporation grows to greater heights.

GPA currently co-owns and operates in various parts of Malaysia and is focused on growing her market share in the precious metals industry globally through joint ventures, acquisitions, exploration and the development of potentially large-scale mining projects.
