Gen Mart established in June 2020, value creation have always been with the customer. Gen Mart is a Japanese & Korean inspired convenience store. We aim to serve the community by providing a one stop centre for consumers daily needs.

We currently have 2 outlets strategically located at Damansara Uptown and Sunway Giza Kota Damansara, mainly around commercial centres and nearby residential areas. The locations are ideal for opening convenience store since it is amidst commercial hubs and nearby residents.

 

Although there are already a few established convenience stores, we still have some competitive advantages over other competitors. 

Our first competitive edge will be bringing fresh food for the community cooked on the spot upon ordering with minimal waiting time. We aim to provide food & services for all generations by introducing freshly prepared items with Japanese & Korean concept in mind, ranging from freshly cooked hot food and hot snacks such as corn dogs, chicken karage, katsu curry rice, Japanese curry udon/ramen etc and grab and go items such as sushi, onigiri, sandwiches, bakeries, premium coffee and beverages. We will continue to introduce new food items & beverages as we grow. 

 

We strive to provide excellent customer service and will also give us a competitive edge over other convenience stores by preparing meals and snacks with minimal waiting time for freshly cooked items rather than heating up pre packed foods from chiller and freezers.

 

We are proud to offer services where customers can provide us with their feedbacks and opinions on what needs to be improved or any complaints so we are able to identify and rectify any problem the soonest possible. We believe in listening to our customers as they are the end consumers.
