Forte Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Pharmaniaga Solutions Sdn Bhd), a wholly owned subsidiary of UEMWorld Berhad, had its humble beginning in 1995 as the Information Technology (IT) division of Pharmaniaga Berhad.

In year 2000, foreseeing the potential growth in the IT healthcare industry, an executive decision was made to privatise the IT division to ehealth4all.com Sdn Bhd before it was renamed to Pharmaniaga Solutions Sdn Bhd in year 2002.

As the healthcare industry in Malaysia grew, so did Forte Tech Solutions as it was the force behind the setting up and management of Malaysia's very first Virtual Private Network (VPN) also known as Pharma*Net to cater for the smooth running of pharmaceuticals and medical supply to over 800 government hospitals and clinics nationwide to date.

Forte Tech Solutions was also responsible for the creation and deployment of the Hospital Inventory System and Clinic Procurement System that linked all clinics and hospitals to a central purchasing unit and a host of other applications that makes up a complete Integrated Supply Chain Management System to ensure timely, uninterrupted supply to its clientele.
