Focal Park Sdn Bhd was established on 9th September, 1995.Focal Park Sdn. Bhd. was established on 9th September, 1995. Since establishment, Focal Park has been one of the largest store yards in northern region. Our Head Office is situated on a 10 acres of own land in Maklom, just 1.5 km from Sungai Dua Toll Interchange and 15 minutes drive from Penang Bridge. Our nature of business is to provide warehouse or store yard, auction and towing services for banks in respect of chattels or vehicles repossessed by the banks and other related services.

Presently, we have five warehouses in Peninsular Malaysia. Every warehouse is conducting the public auction sales except our Kuantan Office just opened on 15 November 2007. With this arrangement, we are able to achieve better success rate and attract more locals to participate at our Auction Sales. Our auction sales is a “crowd-puller” renowned amongst the local or public and used car dealers from Northern states for its specialty in conducting auction sales. Tie-up with PUSPAKOM offices to conduct inspections of all vehicles due for Auction at all store yard itself where hydraulic jacks and inspection bay facilities are installed. We also liaise with JPJ for vehicles’ search for vehicles due for Auction.

However, our Head Office and our Ipoh Office are conducting public auctions regularly on weekly or fortnightly basis at the request of the Bank. In addition, our Kota Bharu office (the 1st Auction Centre in Kelantan since August, 2005) as well as our Alor Setar Office (the 1st Auction Centre in Kedah since March, 2007) all, initially on a monthly basis and later at more frequent interval (fortnightly) if there is sufficient volume of vehicles. In our Ipoh Office, we also regularly conduct “Bank Garage Sales by Tender” at least once or twice per month. Tentatively, our Kuantan Office may conduct public auctions somewhere on September, 2008 or earlier.
