Fleta is a recruitment agency for a number of major Korean EPC companies such as Samsung, GS and Daelim.Fleta is also a designated agency for Small Business Corporation (SBC), a Korean government affiliate which runs International Engineer Placement Program. The Program is designed to provide Korean small and medium sized companies with foreign engineers to alleviate the shortage of professional engineers in Korea. The Program also aims to offer job opportunities to non-Korean engineers who are interested in broadening their career experience.
