Previously known as FL Associates, we provide consultancy services in quantity surveying and construction cost for building and civil engineering works. The firm has been operating since 2012 . We are located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. We offer our services as a cost advisor and technical auditor in contractual aspect to our client by forging close relationship with fellow technical consultants (namely Architects, Engineers, Surveyor, Interior Designer, Town Planner, etc.), and contractor from inception till completion.

Our main objective is to fulfill the client’s objectives in terms of cost, time and quality. We provide skilled and competent staff that will give full commitment for any work given.
