Our journey began in 1979 when Fiamma Sdn. Bhd., the first company of Fiamma Group, started its operations in a shophouse in Johor Bahru. With a dedicated team of only five employees, we introduced our own house brand of electrical home appliances in Malaysia under the names ELBA and FABER.

Despite our modest beginnings, Fiamma was driven by visionary ideas and ambitious growth plans. Within a short span, we expanded our operations to Kuala Lumpur, where our head office is now located. We gradually established branches, service centers, and a wide network of dealers throughout Peninsular and East Malaysia. Today, Fiamma proudly represents some of the world's leading names in electrical appliances, sanitaryware, kitchen cabinets, bathroom fittings, and healthcare products.

We have achieved significant milestones over the years:

In 1980, our Penang branch commenced operations, marking the beginning of our expansion throughout Peninsular and East Malaysia. In 1984, Fiamma Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established to venture into the assembling of different types of electrical home appliances marketed and distributed by the Group. Subsequently, in 1987, Fimaco Sdn. Bhd. commenced distribution activities of electrical home appliances, with brands such as FABER and MAYTAG.

In 1993, we relocated to a bigger and more progressive headquarters in Rawang, Selangor. In 1995, Fiamma Holdings Berhad became a public company, and Fiamma Trading Sdn. Bhd. was set up to distribute sanitaryware products, bathroom accessories, and kitchen appliances.

In 1997, Fiamma Holdings Berhad was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. In 2000, Fiamma Trading Sdn Bhd began the distribution of the Rubine brand of bathroom and sanitaryware products. In 2002, Fimaco Sdn. Bhd. started distributing the Braun brand of electrical home appliances.

In 2004, we relocated to a new head office cum wholesale distribution center in Bandar Manjalara, Kuala Lumpur, with advanced automated storage retrieval system facilities. Over the years, we expanded our portfolio through strategic acquisitions, including companies like Fiamma Land Sdn. Bhd. for property development and Enex-Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. for the distribution of water purification products and health products.

In 2007, we acquired Ebac Kitchen Sdn. Bhd., engaged in the distribution of pre-fabricated kitchen cabinets and electrical home appliances. We also obtained a significant equity interest in Kingston Medical Supplies (Pte) Ltd and its subsidiary, Kinsmedic Sdn. Bhd., engaged in the distribution of medical devices and healthcare products under renowned brand names.

In 2008, Fiamma Holdings Berhad completed the acquisition of Uniphoenix Jaya Sdn. Bhd. and Oaksvilla Sdn. Bhd., both involved in property development.

In 2009, Fiamma Trading Sdn Bhd began the distribution of electrical home appliances under the Whirlpool brand. In 2011, Haustern Sdn. Bhd. commenced the distribution of electrical home appliances and sanitaryware under the Haustern brand.
