History

Fero-Medic & Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd (Company no: **0972-P) was incorporated in October 10th, 2003 with the primary objective of supplying medical equipment, QA & safety tools and medical consumable products within Malaysia. In technical know how of the ASEAN trading business, Fero-Medic is now strengthening and expanding the trading activities to ASEAN countries through dealer network. The firm with 100% local equity is a registered supply contractor with the Treasury of Malaysian Government (Registration no: 357-****0348). With a goal of multi-disciplinary firm, Fero-Medic has been actively participating in both Government and Private Healthcare industries. It is also the company’s desire and policy to train its staff in related field so that they are competence in the New Knowledge-Based Economy. To further support Bumiputra Company, we had sign up an agreement with Meditech Global Enterprise as our tendering agent for Government Projects who also a registered supply contractor with Treasury of Malaysian Government (Registration no: 357-****2093). Again, the Company is looking forward good opportunities for further expansion and diversification of its business operation through direct or indirect acquisition of management expertise and also the technical know-how from external sources to facilitate the company’s objective for profitability growth investment.
