SISMA’s roots have been established since 1974, when it began as a trading company. Over the last three decades, the business activities grew and diversified into Strategic Business Units (SBU) within an overall, organized holding Group.

Today, these SBUs span various industries, namely Engineering Support, Oil and Gas, Retail & Distribution, Bottling & Manufacturing amongst others. SISMA’s head office is based in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, in its own building.

The Group has been known to embrace and adapt to opportunities with the changing times. Among the successful ventures, SISMA has actively participated in offshore oil and gas support services, a long term water treatment concession and a chain of luxury watch stores.
